I’ve been trying to use up fabric lately. I had lots of this vintage rose fabric that my mom gave me. It’s super soft and great for a little dress. I made one before for Gwyneth which she has grown out of (you can see that here). This time I used up almost all of the fabric left, well, almost.
This cute little popover sundress is a free pattern from Oliver + S. It’s super simple.
As soon as Gwyneth saw the finished dress, she recognized it as a style I’d made a doll dress with once before (Gwyn’s dress and her doll dress). She has a great memory.
She asked if I’d make a doll version and I did. I was happy to use up more fabric.
Lastly I made a hair bow tie (again, free pattern from Oliver + S).
