My daughter is currently obsessed with all things rainbow. Who can blame her? I am getting faster at crocheting and this little unicorn came together in just a few hours. I opted for a long mane for this unicorn. Gwyneth is currently learning to braid hair and she braids her dolls’ hair (as well as my own hair).
This little unicorn, which was named Rainbow, was constructed well and can stand on it’s own. (No hidden photo props to hold this guy up!)
The pattern was created by Twinkie Chan for Creativebug. You can find the instructions and class there. I find videos help a lot when making 3D animals. It was really easy and fun to make. The most fun was adding the mane and tail.
And it turns out it’s National Unicorn Day! (who knew?)
